IDEAS-Africa Network LBG (IDAN) is the Africa chapter of the International Development Economics Associates (IDEAs). IDAN is a pluralist network of progressive African economists engaged in research, teaching and dissemination of critical analyses of economic policy and development. While based in Africa and led by economists from different regions of the continent, the network welcomes all, including the African diaspora who are committed to developing and utilizing alternative heterodox economic analysis tools for addressing contemporary development challenges
